I've tried - I think - every single thing in the Arch repo and AUR and I've come up with nothing close. There are a bunch of other features I don't care about in MobaXterm, but overall, I'd give it the nod for an overall better experience when working with a bunch of local/remote terminals. The number of tabs I have open in Terminator gets really ridiculous and hard to track at times. It's all in one window and can be managed with tabs and side bar menus and such and this is a huge deal IMO. You can do this with a config file, but a clicky interface would be nice sometimes. You can keep a list of connections in a side bar that all individually have their own settings such as different private keys or passwords or ports. You can split windows up sort of like in tmux or iTerm2. That means no SCP commands or firing up FileZilla or mounting shares via SSHFS or whatever other thing you might do to quickly transfer files. It automatically adds an SFTP session along for the ride so you can drag and drop files/folders wherever you are. I hadn't used MobaXterm in 6 years and have been firmly in Linux land for years, but here are the things I was reminded of instantly when I fired it up in WINE: I got to thinking today that I would love to use something like MobaXterm on Linux if it existed, but I can't find anything like it. The only reason it's worse is the global hotkey for hiding and showing the window breaks fairly often to the point that I mostly just don't use it and I use it all the time on mac. It's almost as good as iTerm2 in my book. I currently use Terminator and I don't have many complaints about it.
